As Combined Curiosity’s Director of Growth & Acquisition Marketing you could…

  • Help build your team of digital marketers and lead user acquisition strategy across our paid and organic channels

  • Manage a large budget that includes $300,000+ ad spend each month

  • Collaborate with a driven team of problem-solvers who are passionate about taking risks and tackling the unknown

  • Merge your obsession with data and your passion for people in order to scale a purpose-driven company from serving 2 brands to dozens

Role Responsibilities

  • Scale, lead, and mentor a highly skilled team of digital marketers to drive business growth

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and marketing program managers to develop and document an overall paid media and organic strategy across multiple brands

  • Collaborate with internal marketing team to execute campaigns across various channels, optimizing for each channel type

  • Understand our target audience, design experiments, and drive activation of campaigns

  • Partner with the brand marketing, marketing program managers, and product resources to optimize and test creative assets, landing pages, and ad copy

  • Profitably manage and scale a large advertising budget and optimize spend on Google, Facebook, Bing, and other channels as added

  • Develop and maintain ongoing SEO strategy to increase organic traffic

  • Evaluate additional resources to help us scale efficiently as we grow (agencies, freelancers, additional full-time hires)

  • Work with key cross-functional leaders and teams, including Brand Marketing, Analytics, Creative, Product, and operations to continuously test and optimize performance

  • Other duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience

  • 3+ years of marketing leadership experience

  • B2C experience a strong plus, but not required

  • Salary: $100-120k dependent on experience and skill level

  • PTO: Unlimited with a minimum required 10 days
